North West travel would like to inform your tourprice through American Dollas.
We provide the recent exchange rates from Vietnam banks to support our clients . Therefore, the rate is converted into Local Vietnamese Currency then.
30% deposit of tour prices should be given an email confirmation by sale person in our group because we welcome your deposits through bank transfer .
This deposit is currently required to confirm your booking before departure date.
Pre-payment procedures during high/peak tourist seasons might be changeable in accordance with the accommodation policy to guarantee the booking. The remaining balance of the tour cost (70%) will be paid at least 15 days prior to departure date.
For any urgent booking in need, full payment will be immidate required.
There might be additional fees required – we will advise specifically case by case.
If the tourprice is under 500USD, the deposit ought to be completed 50% at least 30 days ; then all rest of tourprice could be done during the tour is available. Due to this process, you should contact to our sale consultant for getting a confirmation email in order to make sure that your deposits are probably accepted then get more instructions.
TERMS of MAKING PAYMENT:

BANK TRANSFER
Bank transfer is one of the active ways of paying for goods or services nowadays, and because it can be done either in person in the local branch of your bank or using your online banking service ; it is both more flexible or dynamic in how it works and secure.
Payment in via bank transfer is simpler than you probably think it is. Bank transfers can be done from any branch of your bank or by using your online banking services provided you have access to your bank’s online service. We will supply our bank account and it is easy for your cases to make your money transaction. Soon after you finish works at your bank branch you should inform us your transaction information by email and your transfer bank slips. We need 3 – 5 days for complete money collection from our bank before sending the payment confirmation through emails or by requests.
