ITINERARY:
DAY1: HANOI – TAM COC - CYCLING - THUNG NHAM (L/D)
Morning: Tour guide and driver pick up from your hotel or private address and departure to Ninh Binh. Time for coffee break or late breakfast
Arrive Tam Coc start your first visit on a sampan boat rowed by a local for about 1.5 hours. Ninh Binh is known as “Halong Bay on land”, the boat trip becomes a nice journey along the river with the peaceful scenery of limestone mountains, rice paddy during harvest season.
Lunch: Enjoy a yummy lunch. Check-in mini resort or hotel.
Afternoon: We have a bikeride and start riding to explore the rice fields and limestone mountains with a unique route and visit a local family in Tam Coc, which is a traditional Vietnamese family with three generations living together.
- Visit Thung Nham bird reserve to discover the most fascinating of this area with more than 50.000 birds of 40 species flying to inhabit every day.
- Cycling back to the mini resort or hotel.
Evening: Dinner served with Vietnamese cuisine, then stay overnight at the resort or local hotel.
DAY 2: CUC PHUONG NATIONAL PARK - HOA LU ANCIENT CAPITAL – HANOI (B/L)
Morning: Have breakfast at the resort or hotel. Check out.
Visit Cuc Phuong National park. Trekking to see the thousand years tree (about 2,5 hours)
Lunch: Enjoy a delicious lunch served with Vietnamese cuisine. After lunch visit Endangered Primate Sanctuary.
Afternoon: Departure to Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam in the 10th century, visit the temple of King Dinh to discover Vietnamese history.
Leave Ninh Binh and drive straight back to Hanoi.
Arrive in Hanoi, drop you back to your hotel or private address in Hanoi Old Quarter. Trip ends. See you next time
