DONG VAN UNESCO GLOBAL GEOPARK
Located in the far North East of Vietnam, the four districts of Quan Ba, Yen Minh, Dong Van and Meo Vac, the Dong Van Unesco Global Park has been recognized as the first Global Geopark of Vietnam since 2010.
More than 60% limestone covering the surface area at the very average altitude of 1000m above sea level, the Dong Van UNESCO Global Geopark is famous for deep canyons, steep cliffs, sharp summits or rugged stone forests and stone deserts etc – the unbelievable jaw – dropping landscapes.
